Senior B2B Sales Lead – Healthtech:

GHX is on a mission to create the largest innovation hub, fostering collaboration and driving breakthroughs to transform healthcare and improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
You will be rsponsible for everything from hunting to closing for our Venture studio products – you are the engine that drives our growth. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role for someone who thrives in an early-stage, high-impact environment.
● Lead Generation: Hunt and qualify mid-market leads (HR, CXOs), build pipeline via outbound, referrals, events, and partnerships.
● Sales & Pitches: Craft compelling pitches and demos tailored to client needs across mental health, edutainment, and wellbeing.
● Account Management: Own post-sale relationships, drive renewals, and ensure satisfaction by partnering with internal teams.
● Revenue & GTM: Own revenue targets, collaborate on pricing, bundling, and GTM strategies.
● Product Feedback: Act as customer voice, surface insights from the field to guide product and marketing strategy.
Must have:
4-5 years in B2B/Enterprise SaaS sales, ideally in HealthTech
● Full-cycle sales ownership — from lead to renewal
● Excellent storytelling, executive presence, and stakeholder influence
Salary: 13 to 18Lakhs
